How to stop F1 processing and move back to H4?
I applied for a change of status to student visa from H4 on April 10. However due to personal reasons I cannot continue my education and have to continue on H4. I had sent a letter to USCIS requesting for the same on May 10. They asked me to wait for 1 month before providing the status on the situation whether my visa status has been moved to F1 or will remain in H4.
I need to travel to Europe next month and cannot do so if they have changed my status to F1 without going to India. Based on the case status
Please advise how I can stop my F1 processing and continue on H4.
