Immigrant visa- administrative processing

HI my family and I have been to our interview a month ago and is still in administrative processing my case status says that it haven't been update with in 20 days now im worried and don't know what this means what should i do. I was also told that i should be give a pink slip but i didn't receive any slip why is this.

we can pray only im waiting of my visa from 27 months my visa category is f4 my case is going in ap whats ur category be hopeful ALLAH bless us
