visistor visa, form I 134, help....please

I want to sponsor my mom form Vietnam come to visit me. I want to claim both me and my husband on form I-134 for stronger financially support. However, this form allow only one person to fill all the applicant, it does not have other option for me to fill for my husband too. How can I do it? do I need to do 2 forms I-134, one for me , one for my husband ?
Any one know about this please help, advices
