my kids arrived from the philippines
[/SIZE]last july 15 and up to now they havent received their green cards yet. i tried calling the uscis customer service but its all recording and also tried making an appointment with uscis local office but no to avail.
can anybody help us on how where and how can i make inquiries about the long delay.
