First Question,
I need to know what N/C means when you enter the US. I received this stamp in my Canadian Passport when arriving in the US from Mexico.
Second Question, very important!
Do you know approximately or estimated guess as to how many visitors to the United States are given the wrong admission code upon entry??
I am having serious issues now because I was given a C1. I was not in transit, I had the intention of travelling for 4 months. By the time I found out I was in violation and considered an overstay. Without getting into all the details I tried everything to resolve the problem knowing it was a serious issue. I came back to Canada on my scheduled date. I then tried to go back to the US via Seattle from Victoria and your only option is to clear CBP in Seattle. CBP sent me back to Canada and has barred me for 5 years.
If you could answer my 2 questions promptly it would be greatly appreciated and will help in my defence as I am in the process of filing a Request for Review with Seattle.
