Hello, my son, 16, is undergoing an orthodontic treatment wich can not be fellowed in another country (invisalign) The dentist said to my son you need one more year. But we just received the denial for L2 extension (27 march) Can I appeal with the dentist documents for extension because treatment....if yes wich kind of visa and form ? Knowing that he has to attend school too.I know we have to leave before 180 days of unlawful presence.....thank for your helpful advises.
