Your ability to leave and return to the U.S. depends on which visa type you used to enter the U.S.

If you entered with a B2 and/or most any other visa type, and your allowable stay has expired, leaving the U.S. could result in your facing an overstay bar when you try to reenter the U.S., even if you have the Advance Parole.
