    V nonimmigrant visa?

    Hello,
    Does somebody know if 'V-visa' is still current?
    And if no, what is the way to take with me in US my little kid (under 2 years), who is pending the I-130 procedure. I'm green card holder, and gave birth outside US for some silly reasons..
