does the stamped visa valid if did not enter US within 6 months?

My mother-in-law got her visitor visa stamped in July 2005. She did not enter into US till now.
She may come in Dec or in 2006. Is there any problem as she did not enter US till now as her visa was stamped long back? She has stamping for 10 years. Please let me know if anyone has any idea.

There is no rule that you have to enter during a certain peroid of time. If she has a valid visa for 10 years . Within the 10 year peroid she can visit you guys. she will not have any problem at the Posrt of entry. so stay cool and plan her visit
