My travel Visa expired

Hi ,i need some help! I come to USA to work and try to apply a visa from the america embassy back at home before i came but was not approved .so my boss decided me to come into usa with the vistor visa and leave every 90 days .i left usa for the first time during december but they did not extend my vistor visa .so then i decided to stay.Now my vistor visa expired and i am still working here.Is there anything i can do to get a status now ? wat consequence i am gonna face if they caught me? But if i decided to leave willing will i still be deported.

Once your stay expires, the only way you can get a legal status is by
marrying a US citizen... that is the only way. And if you leave willingly
now, you will have hard time getting another visa.
