How to get Work Visa being Australian Citizen

Hi,

My husband is an Australian citizen(note his birth place is India and he just got australian citizenship). As we have family in USA. We want to move to USA. how he can get work visa for USA? what are the option that we can consider to move to states? Please help!!

there are several ways to US green card, but in reality, most categories are backlogged with years of wait.

The fastest is to invest half to one million USD (category EB 5) in a business. But this is a conditional 2 yr green card and you have to satisfy
several conditions even after 2 years to make it permanent. Plus all your money is at risk if not invested wisely.

You can go there as a temporary worker H-1, L-1 or an australian investor E2 and then find an employer to file a green card for you.
