hi,
my mom has 10 year multiple entry visa and came to US this january only for my sister's delivery, stayed for 6 months and went bak to india. Since i have my due date this november she has again come back from india after 3 months gap. but her I - 94 is stamped only for 3 months.Is there any way i can extend her stay . will her visa be cancelled if her extension is rejected? please someone help me since i dont know what to do.

You can apply for extension, but if they determine that your mother is trying to spend most of her time in US, extension may be rejected. And if that happens, 10 years multiple entry visa is void.

you can apply, but your delivery reason doesnt really convince them. Risks involved.
