I am currently in USA on an E3 visa and my company is applying for a green card on my behalf. The stage of the process we are up to is run the mandatory advertisements, internal posting of my job opening in a conspicuous location in my workplace and also the external advertising in local newspapers etc.
My lady is from Barbados and we want to get married however I am worries this may jeopardize my application. She can only visit the USA for 6 months at a time on a visitor visa and has no status in USA.
Looking for advice if we should wait until after I get my green-card (hopefully) to get married or if we are ok to do so now, which is what we would be ideal.
Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
