I am working with US based company from last 3.5 year as director and heading Indian operations. I have total of 13 years of experience and 10 years of experience in Managing teams. My company has promised me Green card for future employment sitting in India. My education qualification is Bach in engineering + Masters in Business Administration (Total -12+4+2=16 years). In Last 10 years I am working on Senior Management role. I would like to know if it’s true to get a Green card for future employment sitting in India. My company is filling my GC in EB2 category and they told that I might be receiving my Green card in 2 years.
1. Is it possible to get GC sitting in India for future employment?
2. I am Masters (12+4+2=16 years) with total of 14 years of experience and 10 in years on Management role, Am I eligible to file in EB1 category?
I need serious help, Please help me with my two questions.
