    oci delays

    I applied mine and wife's oci thru BLSin the month of March. On tracking site it says papers received back from india in Houston on June 24 2014.
    No activity since then.
    Need help. What to do?
    Called CKGS/BLS many times, all i hear is we have sent email to consulate since papers are with them, but nothing moved in last 2 months.
