I have completed 3 years bachelors degree from india and applied ECE report. They have mentioned "three years undergraduate study" also I did my 1 year diploma in computer science and many more IT certification such as vmware cloud, Microsoft, juniper, ITIL v3 foundation and etc. my question is can I eligible to apply H1b visa or need Four year degree to be mandatory to apply.
