Hi - I am on L1A visa and want to bring on domestic help (our servant) from India who has been with us while we were in India for last 20 years.
Can you let me know, if I can bring him to US and if yes, then on what visa. He is from Nepal and has a Nepali passport. Will this be a constraint, if yes then i can think of getting him an Indian passport.
