HI,
I am an O1 Visa holder with 2 years remaining on my visa. I am about to give birth to my first child, due to insurance reasons we are choosing to have the baby in our home country of Australia. My partner is a green card holder (has been for 10 years). Am i allowed to bring my child back into the USA on mine or my partners current visa? How will this affect my status? If we are to get married, how will this affect my status? Will this make it easier or more complicated? We both need to be in the USA for work and can not seem to get any answers anywhere. Even our immigration lawyer is confused by the situation
