Dear all ,
I have received I-20 for masters program in the US ; however it wont be able for me to fly on the date mentioned in the I-20 .
I took an approval from college and they have now deferred the date to a future date (after the initial date) in a PDF .
They have written to me that I need to send that PDF to Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) Unit in the U.S. embassy or consulate where I applied for the visa.
I am based out in India .
Exactly whom do I need to send this email to ? which address ?
also , whether I need to send them hard copy or soft copy ?
Please guide me in this .
