my step brother has filed for a petition F4 visa category.we are related because of our mother.the problem is the name of my mother in my certificate is differnt from my brothers birth certificate.my mom got converted to islam after marrying my father and my birthcertificate has a muslim name as my mothers name .my mother is a Buddhist by birth .how can i prove that my mom and my brothers mom is the same person.

Include copies of all civil documents which reflect the name changing, including documents in original language and professional Engish translations. Include an attachment describing how and why the name changed (as the result of conversion to Islam).
