Executive Actions for Parent of U.S. Citizen Child
Hello all
According to Executive Actions - parents of U.S. Citizen child can apply for work permit. But do parents has to be un-documented?
I am currently on my STEM (which is going to end on July 31st 2015) and living in U.S. for more than 6 years. I am father of U.S. born child. So my question is that do I have any choice for applying for this work permit.
[I am going to apply for H1B through my current employer, so just in case I don't get my H1B]
