Incorrectly sent OCI documents to embassy address instead of CKGS address

Hi
I have incorrectly sent OCI documents to chicago embassy office address instead of ckgs address.
I cannot reach any number in embassy as it takes me to voice messages.
Any help how to reach the embassy and get my documents back?
