Hi,
I applied EAD renewal under I-765 -Pending Asylum applicant category C8 and currently working and found in internet it takes 90 days for renewal. I have the receipt notice from USCIS. Does this notice allow me to work 180 days until I get EAD renewed? some of the friend they told me I am allowed to work not sure what should I do whether to resign the job if I don't get EAD renewed before June 15. Please suggest me what would be the best I should do in order to continue work?
OLD EAD expiration date : June 15, 2015
EAD renewal application receipt date by USCIS: May 5
