Hi ,
I am in H1B from Oct 2014. Now I wish to convert to H4. But I am not having the recent payslip of may. I have until april.
1.) Is it possible for me to convert the status. 2.) Or should I go back to india and come in h4.
3.) If I go back to india and applied for h4, will they be asking the payslip.
Please help.
