I think, I have a very unique case to share here.
My recruitment agent applied for me in 2008 and sent me copy of I129 form with a case number which meant the case got approved. However, few weeks/months later I came to know that my recruiter has been arrested in USA for allegedly running body shops etc etc.
The company details are as under:
Worldwide Software Services, Inc.
33 Wood Avenue South, Suite # 423
Iselin, NJ 08830
So, I thought its all gone and then I just forgot about it. Now in 2015 last month, I have started getting status emails from USCIS. I am pasting my case history below from USCIS website:
06/02/2015
The Post Office returned your document to us.
05/27/2015
We mailed you a notice indicating our intent to revoke the previous approval decision made on your case.
05/26/2015
We received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker. Our California Service Center office is working on your case again.
05/09/2015
We mailed you a notice indicating our intent to revoke the previous approval decision made on your case.
04/23/2008
We received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.
I have never responded to them, not sure who is responding to them on my behalf. I want to know if:
- Some other recruiter can pick my approved case
- Should I write USCIS and ask them to disregard my approved I129 form?
- Anyone ever has such an issue ?
Thanks,
Sheraz
