Hi there, i need advice or help here, as the united states immigration is not an easy thing to understand! Ok, i came to the US legally, however I have overstayed by over 3 years, I'm getting married on Monday to a US citizen and I'm also pregnant to the same man (who by the way I love very much), we're getting married in a hurry as a family member (who is 15) has a serious problem with me and has threatened on several occasions to call the INS, we want to get married anyway so after our baby comes we'll do it properly so to speak, flowers n hearts etc, the whole nine yards, anyway I'm wondering (the long winded way) how do i obtain documentation etc to allow me to work, gain healthcare for the baby?

Immigration is not goint to come calling at your door steps they have bigger fishes to fry, there is a lot of information one has to give and it is one in a millin they will even respond, they have such revenge callers who lies to try to get people deported, that if i were you i will not lose any sleep on it, congratulations on your up-coming baby and marriage.
