Hello,
I have an approved I-130 via my husband and now am applying for my I-485. Currently I am working and living here under an approved DACA. Just a few questions below..
1. What is the answer to "Current USCIS Status" box on I-485 application? Should it be "Adjustment Applicant (DACA)?
2. Do I need to have my medical exam completed before I submit the I-485 or can I have that completed after?
3. I don't have a passport to submit with my application (I came under my mother's passport and now her's is lost). Is the I-94 sufficient?
