Dear all,
I currently hold an H1-B visa and my company has started by Green Card process and my I-140 is approved. I am also a musician and would like to explore opportunities for performing in the US. In order for this I need to have a P3 visa. My question: Am I allowed to hold a P3 visa concurrently with my H1-B. If not, what is the best and legal way for me to perform music professionally in the US while continuing to hold my H1-B visa?
