  • Add additional relative to an already filed form i-130 for immigrant relative

    Hi All

I've already file this form awhile ago for my immigrant relatives to emigrate to the US, right now it's in a waiting process; now they just gave birth to a baby girl and wants to include her in an already filed form I-130. How do I go about doing this? What form do I need to add her to the pre-existing form I-130?

Thank you for reading this and thank you for your help.

additional derivative for an already file form I-130

First of all let me tell you that is not a big deal if you case is already at the national visa Center just call them and let them know about an additional relative in fact it is even possible to bring an additional new born at the last step which mean during the interview. I assume the child you are talking about is an eligible derivative. let your are citizen and your wife just got a new child you can not just add this child you need a different form I-130 since for each child. But Permanent resident can just add a new child at any step during the process

you can also check my website www.filingdoc.com or my youtube channel for additional information on different immigration form
