We both are working in USA on H1B Visa and are blessed with a baby. Want to know following:
1- Can we apply for Indian Passport for our baby?
2- If we get Indian Passport and travel to India and come back, Do we need visa to be stamped for the baby?
3- Can with Indian Passport and US Birth Certificate baby can re-enter US without any Issues?
4- what are the benefits of getting Indian Passport Vs US Passport?
Note: We have got the Birth Certificate and also SSN for the baby.
