Learning language in USA

Hi everybody! I want to improve my english and visit some ESL courses in USA (for a two or three monthes). But I can`t understand what kind of visa I need. It`s not an education (in the broad sense of the word) and not a tourism, becouse of long stay.
Does somebody know the best way to go to USA for learning language?

I also looking for accomondation in USA. I decided to study language in Miami as this state has good climate. I have choosed some courses (http://www.ecenglish.com/en/school-l...glish-in-miami) and now looking for a place to stay.
Do you know any good resources with property for rent?
