My brother applied I-130 for me. the case status says "Case Was Received At My Local Office"
On January 5, 2010, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt
Number xxxxxxxxx, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing
address. I received an approval notice dated Mar-10-2010. Does it mean my I-130 is approved. Why the case status
still says your case was received instead of saying that approval notice is mailed on Mar-10-2010. Please reply.
