Need help to get my VISA
Hi!
I'm a French Canadian girl who wants to work in USA for a few years. I found a job as a server in a restaurant, but I don't know how to get my Visa. I thought that I should pick the H-2B classification but someone told me that my situation is different and so the employer has to do all of the process for me. They don't need me enough to do that for me though.
Can someone help me? I'm desperate and I want to start to work as soon as possible.
