I-129 Q1 visa. DELAY PROCESS

Hi all,
I am an italian girl, In july I applied for a Q 1 visa filling the I 129 form. Normally USCIS give a response within 2 months, but for some reason they are getting longer! I sent 2 inquires without get any final response. Does anybody had the same experience? I was thinking to apply for a premium process, but i am worried that it can undermine the response.

Hi! Hey there I'm applying for an o1... I filled the docs on october 2nd... Still nothing... I think they have huge delays...
