Time to move out after Termination of VISA

I am on P3 VISA in USA. My Sponsorer has abruptly Terminated my P3 VISA asking me to leave the Country with in 7 days.

I would like to know if we can get some time to move out of USA after the date of Termination and whether we have to consider the date of Notice or date of Official Communication USCIS about Termination.
