pro se U-1 filing for qualifying family member
hi guys I am new here. I am filing for u-visa pro se. i have my whole application completed i am just waiting for the supplement b to be certified. while i am waiting for that i have started to complete form i-765 for my spouse. i know that i have to file i-765 for him since we want him to be able to work in the u.s legally. but i am stuck in questions 16 and 17.
question 16 asks what is his current immigration status, do i write U Visa derivative applicant? and for question 17 it asks for eligibility category, do i write a,20?Thank you in advance guys i am doing this alone because i don't have the money to get a lawyer and i have try to get help from immigrant help centers but they always refer me to someone out of the state and i cannot travel far due to only having one car hopefully you guys can help me with this.
