  • B1/B2 Visa Application

I would like to know if I have a big chance of getting my B1/B2 visa, my company will sponsor my whole trip to our branch in Texas, and they will also provide everything during my stay including my visit to my sister, my trip is for 2 weeks only.

Do I have a chance that my visa will be approved? even though that it will be my first time to travel to USA? I'm currently working in Dubai.
can anyone help me regarding my question? This is the first time that I will apply for US visa, though my parents applied for my petition before but they didn't continue it because they went back to Philippines for good.

    Thank you

This is good, but you need to be prepared to show strong ties in your home country or in Dubai - like family, assets etc.

Everyone goes through their first time first. Did I got the question wrong?

Does your parent applied for your immigrant visa? If so, you may have problem getting a non-immigrant visa.

If your parents are no more citizen or PR holder of USA, make sure you mention that during the interview.

Wait times for interview appointments vary by location, season, and visa category, so you should apply for your visa early.
