seeking advice
my daughter and i stayed in USA for 6 months under B1/B2 , while we were there my child's attending classes in public school . we are in our home country right now and planning to go back in USA after a month but i'm worrying coz i found out that enrolling my child with B2/B1 visa can cause cancellation of visa for both of us and permanently ban in the USA . what would i do to avoid all these problem i don't know about this before we arrived in US ?
