H4 to F1 OPT Eligibility

My wife joined MS in January 2016 and enrolled fulltime under H4 visa status.
She changed her status from H4 to F1 and now she was in F1 status from Summer 2016 i.e from April 26th 2016.
After her summer semester, she is left with 4 subjects.
She is planning to take 4 subjects in Fall-2016 and complete her graduation in Fall-2016.
With H4 visa status from Jan-April 2016 and F1 visa status from May-Dec 2016, will she be eligible to get OPT.
(From Jan to Dec she is fulltime student student but with H4 and F1 statuses)

Any inputs or suggestions on this would be helful.
