I got rejected in July 2017 for F1visa(214 b).My spouse and me worked in same organization but he have h1b visa and he is in USA and I worked in India and never gone to USA. I got married in 2014.After rejection I planned to go as H4 visa for 2 years but I am not sure if I apply again without 6 months gap it will get rejected. Let me know your suggestion.it will be good to reapply for dependent visa after 1 month if I got rejected as student visa
