non immigrant US visa appointment in India in next 3-4 weeks?

Hi,

I am looking for an appointment at any one of the 5 consulates in India for H1B renewal. But there is no appointment until November 2016.
I have an upcoming travel to India in 10 days and I need to make an appointment. Any inputs or suggestions on how to get an appointment sooner like in 3-4 weeks from now?

I paid the fees and ready to book and have been checking the website for last few days.
Last night I did check few times and from this morning I am not able to check availability also as i see following message everytime i try to look for days.

"You are approaching the maximum number of times you may view this page. Please complete your transaction at this time."

I am not sure what's going on here.

Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
