Dependent Visa for my Granddaughter

I came to the US on immigrant visa - just got my green card - living with my elder son (Who is citizen of USA)

My younger son is in India, a divorcee living with her 12 years daughter, her mother is in the UK since she was 3 years old. After that, I have taken care of her. Now I am in the US my son and granddaughter are living in the India.

This my case. I want to inquire that is there any visa category to bring my granddaughter to the US. Considering a girl child soon entering in teenage, without her mother, I am the only one to take care of her - can I file a visa for her? Is there any dependent visa category for the same?

I am not sure of the circumstances if you are the only one to care for your granddaughter why you immigrated to the U.S., but neither a U.S. citizen or green card holder can petition for a niece/grandchild.
