My name is Al Bataineh mohammad a current visitor to the United States on B1/B2 visa , holding a Jordanian passport and a permanent residence of Ukraine .
I am writing you in the regards of my current visit legal status and my intentions of extending it Driven by a couple of explainable matters that I would like to personally discuss it with one of your authorized agents in order to point my available legal options for extending my stay , noting that in order to submit form I-539 for extending my non-immigrants status
It requires at least 45 days validity for the I-94 which expires on Oct 17.
Please let me know ASAP in order to have enough window to book a ticket and leave the country within the safe period of not having any possible conflict with the roles and regulations applied by the home land security department .
