Hello,
Hoping you can assist. I'm breaking my neck trying to figure a way around the US immigration criteria.
I'm a British Citizen and work freelance as a photographer (portraits/events) and a web designer.
I am looking to relocate to the US and trying to see if there's a way you can get a working visa for being self-employed - probably not!
I've had a look at options of being sponsored by a company (which I'm finding difficult) - and I wouldn't be eligible for O1 as my material isn't really published anywhere worthy.
