Can any one put light on f2 to h1b stamping canada
Hi,
I was on F2(Student Depent) visa,Got a offer from a US company and converted from F2 to H1b,
I got the H1b approved,I am on Project,I have done my B.E in computers
also simultaneously doing my Part time Masters in us
Now i am willing to go for stamping in canada on may 15.I have not completed Master Program.
is their any issue for with Indian degree .since i got my H1 on indian degree..
Is there any risk? If yes, what should be done? Will there be any problem because of my F2 to H1 transfer in USA?
i am planning to go to Canada to get H1B visa stamping, as I couldn't get any appointment in India any suggestion.
Please let me know as soon as possible.
