9 months ago I had my B1B2 visa denied on a 214b I was told that i needed to apply for a P visa.
I was going to work for a company, all docs provided and then travel for up to 6 months.
I realise why my original visa was turned down, but have since tried to travel to the US just for holiday but can't get an esta because of my previous visa denial.
I am a UK citizen travelling in Canada for two months and i would like to travel to New York for a couple of days to see my friend.
how can i do this?
