Waiting after RFE - AOS through U-Visa
Hello Everyone,
I applied for adjustment of status after holding a U-Visa for 3 years. Here is my timeline:
- AOS Application sent: 11/07/2016
- AOS received by USCIS: 01/10/2017
- Biometrics Appointment: 02/24/2017
- RFE Request: 08/02/2017
- RFE response sent to USCIS: 08/22/2017
- RFE response received by USCIS: 09/06/2017
My visa expired in August 2017 thus my DL is expired as well. I went from a visa holder with a work permit to nothing again.
I am now just waiting hoping to get a response soon. Anyone else has been or is in a similar situation? Please share your experience/timeline.
