I am filling my application for DV lottery 2019. I had a question that there is option to write first name, middle name and last name.
but on the passport we have only given name and surname.
so what should my first name be?
option 1) first name + middle name and leave middle name blank
or option 2) enter first name separately and enter middle name separately.
