Hi everybody
I am the holder of a J1 visa and my wife has a J2 visa. She find a job with a French company to work in the US , it is a specific contract give from the company through the French government but she need to have a J1 visa for that, so my questions are:
is it possible to switch from a J2 to a J1 visa?
Her mission is for 18 months max so after can she come back as a J2 on my visa?
If her j1 visa specify the 2 years residency (we don't know yet if she will have this option) can she always come back on my visas as a J2?
