Minors don't have the capacity to apply for naturalization. However, she may very well have acquired US citizenship automatically when you naturalized. If that is the case, all you need to do is head on down to the post office with your co-parent and the child and apply for a US passport. First, understand the rules pertaining to automatic acquisition of US citizenship. Second, understand all the supporting evidence required by the State department for someone in that child's situation.
https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/H...-Chapter4.htmlA child born outside of the United States automatically becomes a U.S. citizen when all of the following conditions have been met on or after February 27, 2001:
•The child has at least one parent, including an adoptive parent who is a U.S. citizen by birth or through naturalization;
•The child is under 18 years of age;
•The child is a lawful permanent resident (LPR); and
•The child is residing in the United States in the legal and physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent.If you claim citizenship through naturalization of parent(s): Submit the Certificate(s) of Naturalization of your parent(s), your foreign birth certificate (and official translation if the document is not in English), proof of your admission to the United States for permanent residence, and your parents' marriage/certificate and/or evidence that you were in the legal and physical custody of your U.S. citizen parent, if applicable.
